To transform how practitioners and organizations develop people so they can fully contribute to the creation of a more sustainable future.
Our mission is helping people and organizations flourish; our tools are narrative coaching and narrative design.
Everything you need is right in front of you. This is one of the provocative propositions at the heart of narrative coaching. What if we were to extend that insight across entire organizations? This would require a transformation in how we approach learning and development. That is our mission!
The bridges we need to cross are more like rocks placed across a moving creek than permanent structures across a bay. They need to be agile because the future isn’t what we think it is going to be, and by the time we would near the other side the future will have undoubtedly moved. Our mission is to help you place your next rocks so that you can make your highest contribution to making the world a better place.
We are committed to finding better ways for people to meet four essential needs at work:
TO BELONG: I am a part of something that matters with people who reciprocally contribute.
People need safe spaces for experiments and new experiences, not more explanations. They need more consciousness and creative outlets not more content and committees. It is more about participation than perks.
TO BELIEVE: I trust in where we are going and see how I can meaningfully contribute.
We accompany people and organizations as they move through change so they can both flourish. We help them connect across generations, cultures and disciplines so they can naturally contribute to what needs to be done.
TO BEHAVE: I can be myself and use my talents and I feel acknowledged for what I contribute.
People want to create their personal and shared future. They are increasingly prosumers of development as co-creators than consumers of development in classes. It is what we call DIYT Era (Do-It-Yourself-Together).
TO BECOME: I will have and help create a better future through what we collectively contribute.
People and organizations flourish when their narratives are generatively aligned, e.g., their People story (who are we?), their Purpose story (why are we here?), their Process story (how do we work?) and their Profit story (what do we value?).
