Hint: The answer to the question is “Yes!”
Watch the presentation of my WBECS Pre-Summit session to prove it.
I am posting it here as a gift because I know a number of you were unable to sign up because my session sold out. Leave me a comment and let me know what you think!
One of the key points I make in the audio: No one has ever come to me and said, “I need more goals; I don’t have enough of them”. Most of us are already overwhelmed by a sense that we are forever behind, there is too much to do and too many ever-changing and often competing expectations of us. It is time for a better way to think about coaching and performance.
If you’ve got a stubborn goal you would like to break through, check out the coaching packages to see which one works best for you. I seem to have a knack for what I’ve come to call the Goal Evaporation Theory. By that I mean that once people sit with their issue in a narrative coaching session, the initial goal very often fades away and makes room for a deeper intention. What story would you most dearly like to bring to life?
I am thrilled with the tremendous reception I got for this message. It really seemed to hit home for a lot of people. Thanks again to Ben and his marvelous team for putting on the Summit. I’d certainly recommend you look at it next year.
